BECOME THE ARCHITECT OF YOUR LIFE
I am a longtime student of Eastern traditions, mindfulness practices, Ashtanga Yoga and Pranayama. I have been teaching since 2003 and a student for almost two decades. The methods I share will help you to improve:
Presence: to experience moments that feel simple, direct, and uncluttered
Focus: to place attention on foundation and intention before form and decoration
Self-Discovery: to find yourself, not create yourself
Confidence: to explore your possibility in a supported and confidential space
After a decade in Copenhagen, Denmark, I moved in 2018 back to my roots to the wonderful city of Turku, Finland. I teach all over the world.
My work is based on my own experience and studentship, the foundation of my teaching. The methods I offer teach students how to handle themselves, their bodies and breath. All designed to unlock all aspects of one’s personal potential, without ignoring weaknesses or over accommodating strengths.
My classes whether in group or 1:1 format are individual, not one-size fits all, and more than physical poses (asana). My students know my style as sincere (versus serious), free of judgement, and relaxed.
